The Marina has a Whole Foods, three boutique fitness studios per block, and a deep cultural commitment to eating well. The pizza spots, though, have not fully received the message: menus lean heavily on cauliflower crusts that share a kitchen with everything else. Nothing on our list yet, but the best gluten-free pizza across San Francisco is a good place to look, and Russian Hill has options worth the walk uphill.
