Prospect Lefferts Gardens has spent the last decade being "the next Park Slope," which is a thing people say right before the coffee shops arrive and the landlords get ideas. The menus that followed lean hard on avocado toast and grain bowls, and yet somehow the kitchens behind them still treat a gluten-free request like a riddle.
